1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The jewelry must be in its original condition, unused, and with the packaging intact.
• Custom or personalized jewelry is non-returnable unless there is a defect or error in the order.

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

• Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if necessary.

3. Conditions for Exchange/Return

• Jewelry must be returned in its original, unworn condition.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.
• If the item is exchanged, the customer will bear any additional shipping costs for the new item.

4. Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds will be issued within 10-15 business days of receiving the item.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

• If the item is defective or damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately.
• We will arrange for a return and replacement or a full refund, as preferred.
