At Damaru Gold and Diamonds, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund process under the following terms and conditions:
Refund Eligibility
Refund within 14 Days of Purchase
Customers can request a refund for any Gold Jewellery, Diamond Jewellery, or Precious Gem Jewellery purchased from www.damarugoldanddiamonds.com within 14 days of the purchase date.
Conditions for Refund within 14 Days:
- The jewellery must be in its original condition, unused, and unaltered.
- The original invoice, along with all accompanying certificates or documents, must be returned with the product.
- Refunds will be processed only after a quality check by our Quality Department or a certified laboratory, which may take up to 4 working days.
- Refunds are not applicable for:
- Promotional products
- Custom-made or altered items
- Smart Buy (Make-to-Order) orders
- Rakhi, Gold & Silver coins, bars, and Silver articles
- Any gifts or gift vouchers issued at the time of purchase must be returned along with the product, or their value will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Making charges, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
Refund After 14 Days of Purchase
Refunds requested after 14 days are not applicable. However, customers may opt for exchange or buyback as per our Exchange Policy.
Refund Process
1. Initiate a Refund Request

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the refund request.
2. Return the Product
- Once your refund request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Return the product to our registered address mentioned on www.damarugoldanddiamonds.com.
- Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Quality Check and Refund Approval
- Upon receipt of the product, our Quality Department will conduct an inspection.
- If the product meets the refund criteria, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
4. Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase.
- For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Customers must provide their bank details for the refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom-made or altered jewellery
- Smart Buy (Make-to-Order) orders
- Gold & Silver coins, bars, and Silver articles
- Promotional products or items sold under special offers
- Products purchased from third-party online marketplaces
Additional Terms and Conditions
Taxes and Duties
- All taxes, duties, and fees, as applicable under local laws, will be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
Discretion of Rights
- Damaru Gold and Diamonds reserves the right to evaluate the product before confirming the refund value.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Jurisdiction
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
